空格出现的顺序完全按照录音的顺序。考生应当争取在听遍就完成大部分空格,在第二遍时完成并校对所有空格。所写单词过长时可用速记方式记录或用中文标明其意,往答题纸上转抄时再写出完整的。往答题纸上转抄时切记每个单词的每个字母都需大写,合同、订单的参考号中的字母也不例外。空格内的词汇数量不超过3个。地点、数字、商品规格等信息要准确填人。
