根据新冠肺炎疫情防控形势及各考点所在高校的实际情况，经研究剑桥商务英语证书考试主办机构剑桥大学考评院相关部门决定，原定于2020年5月举行的剑桥商务英语证书考试与下半年11、12月举行的剑桥商务英语证书考试合并举行，具体考试时间为：初级11月28日、中级12月5日、高级11月21日，已报5月份考试的考生可直接参加11、12月份的BEC考试，所报考试级别及考点不变，如所报考点仍不具备开考条件，将会给予考生全额退费。

1. 根据北京市教委《关于做好2020年下半年各类考试组织工作的通知》(京教工办〔2020〕7号)，考生须凭7日内核酸检测阴性报告进入校园参加考试。考生须将检测结果最晚于考试前一天17:00前发送至考试服务邮箱：bec@beiwaionline.com，邮件标题格式为：考试级别(如BEC中级)+考生姓名。

2. 根据北京外国语大学疫情期间校园管理规定，考试当天考生需持有当日有效通行健康码、准考证、有效身份证由北外西校区大门南侧建设银行旁的校门进入北外西校区校园。入校时须向工作人员出示以上凭证并测量体温。证件不齐或两次体温检测≥37.3摄氏度的考生将无法参加考试，禁止入校。

3. 考生进入校园后必须全程佩戴口罩，由BEC考试专用通道进入考场。

4. 考生进入考场后，须签署《考生身体健康情况声明》。

5. 考生进入考场至考试结束期间，不得离开考场区域;考试期间行动路线须遵守考场指示或工作人员指引;考试结束后，须由BEC考试专用通道离开校园，不得在校内逗留。

6. 考试当天，考生如出现发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或其他流感症状等，请务必配合考点的防疫措施和管控流程。如有额外费用产生，考生需自行承担。
