一、精听听力训练方法

1、先做题。然后对答案批改，看自己对几道。

2、再听一遍。看看在知道了答案之后是否能够听懂题。

3、听写。听一句写一句，可以自己根据听力材料的语速调整播放速度。

4、拿出原文校对自己的听写材料。

5、再听一次，看看错的地方，判断下为什么自己听写的时候会写错。比如“单词不熟、连读、失爆、弱读、语调”等等…

6、把不会的单词短语查出来写上去，彻底把文章看懂。

8、找出和题干对应的单词，在下面写出题干用词。(因为BEC的很多听力都会用到对应的同义替换词，所以一定要注意。)

9、做完以上这些，才可以开始整理总结。然后再对照听力材料学着读一遍，用英文的思维去理解。

二、细节填空题解题技巧

这种听力填空题要求考生对于细节有很好的把握，能够听完文章后，识别出相关的关键点，并做好记录，填在相应空格内。

解题技巧：

1、培养对中心关键词的敏感度，一般来说重点的地方，听力中会频繁出现中心词，而且很多时候，答案几乎会慢读。

2、不要指望说话人会在提及空格内容之前说出与空格部分前的字句完全一致的字句。说话人往往说出与空格部分前字句意思相同的其他表达，包括使用近义词，近义句，就是paraphrase。

3、不可在一个空格填入超过两个词。空格是名词的标志是：空格前有介词的出现。空格是形容词的标志是：空格后有名词的出现。空格是动词的标志是：空格后有介词的出现。

4、所写单词过长时用速记方式记录或用中文标明其意，往答题纸上转抄时再写出完整的。当确实掌握了缺口处单词的中文意思但又想不出英文时可以用同义词代替。

5、往答题纸上转抄时切记每个单词的每个字母都需大写，合同、订单的参考号中的字母也不例外。
