一、考前防疫注意事项

1. 考生须充分了解所在地及上海市相关部门疫情防控最新要求,认真做好个人健康管理:

(1)来自或途经中高风险地区的人员在该地区恢复低风险级别之前暂不进校。

中、高风险地区可在“上海本地宝”微信公众号“风险查询”、或国务院客户端APP“疫情风险查询”进行实时信息查询。

(2)考试期间考生属于正处于隔离医学观察治疗、集中隔离观察期的确诊病例、疑似病例、复检阳性人员、无症状感染者,不得参加本次考试。

(3)所有考生须下载,并如实、完整填写《上海海事大学BEC考生健康安全承诺书》(见附件1,以下简称《健康承诺书》)。考生须自考试日前14天起每日认真测量体温,并在承诺书上做好记录。《健康承诺书》须由考生本人手写签名。

2. 所有考生须准备好身份证、准考证等,并务必提前准备好本人的“随申码”、通信大数据行程卡等,入校时备查。

3. 考生即日起须严格做好个人防护,保持安全距离,勤洗手,避开人员密集区域,避免和无关人员接触。

二、考试日防疫注意事项

1. 请考生按照准考证及相关通知的要求,每场考试提前到达上海海事大学临港校区五号门,接受检查后进校。考生进校时请自觉排队、并保持安全距离,配合现场工作人员进行测温、“随申码”和通信行程卡检查、身份证件查验、准考证核查等防疫及身份确认工作,严格按照现场人员安排和指引有序进校。考生首场考试进入考场前需提交《健康承诺书》。证件、材料不全或不符合进校防疫要求的考生不予参加考试,后果由考生自行承担。

2. 所有考生须提前准备一次性医用口罩、医用外科口罩或N95型防护口罩。考生自到达校门口排队进校直至进入考场就座前,每场考试结束离场直至离开学校前,均须严格佩戴口罩(身份查验时临时摘下,结束后继续佩戴)。考生每次进入考场前须按要求进行手消毒或洗手。

3. 考试仅限考生本人进校,考生家长或陪同人员不得进校,并请避免在考点门口或附近区域聚集。

4. 考生在测温、候考、离场期间须保持一米社交距离,同时听从监考老师指令,有序错峰入场、离场,且应减少交谈。考试当天,经多次测量确定体温≥37.3℃的考生,不能参加考试。

5. 考生进校后如出现发热等身体异常状况,须第一时间告知现场工作人员,学校将按校内疫情防控应急预案和应急流程进行处理。如有额外费用产生,考生需自行承担。

三、其他

1. 校园禁止社会车辆入校,请考生合理选择交通工具。

2. 请自带B或者HB铅笔、橡皮和黑色水笔;考点不提供饮品,请自备去掉标签的无色透明矿泉水。

3. 口试安排详见考试当天的具体通知,口试搭档现场自由配对。

4. 考试期间,校内食堂不对外开放,考生自行在校外就餐。考生应保持正常的饮食习惯,注意饮食卫生和营养搭配,并注意防寒保暖,避免感冒、发烧等情况发生。

5. 考生与家长均须参照上海市和学校最新防疫要求执行,若有情况调整,考点会第一时间发布通知,请各位考生及时关注。

6. 其他未尽事宜,如因疫情防控等因素需要做出考试安排调整的,考点会第一时间发布通知,请各位考生及时关注。
