一、考前防疫注意事项

1. 考生须充分了解所在地及上海市相关部门疫情防控最新要求,认真做好个人健康管理:

(1)来自或途经中高风险地区的人员在该地区恢复低风险级别之前暂不进校。

中、高风险地区可在“上海本地宝”微信公众号“风险查询”、或国务院客户端APP“疫情风险查询”进行实时信息查询。

(2)考前14天内出现体温≥37.3℃的考生,须持考前7天内新冠肺炎核酸检测阴性报告作为考试当日入场凭证。

(3)考前14天在沪的考生,建议非必要不离沪。考前14天内有境内中、高风险地区活动轨迹的,不得参加考试。

(4)境外返沪的考生,入境后首先要严格执行国家和本市相关防控措施,之后需再进行14天严格的集中(居家)健康管理,实行1次新冠病毒核酸检测,身体健康的方可申请返校。

(5)同住家人有从境外返沪情况的,除做好考前14天自我健康管理外,考生还应向学校报备,并从接触日起再做好7天自我健康管理,如出现发热等症状应及时向考试组织单位报备。

(6)考生本人或同住家属为治愈未超过1个月的新冠肺炎确诊病例或无症状感染者、疑似病例、确诊病例密切接触者、不能排除感染可能的发热患者,不得参加考试。

(7)所有考生须下载,并如实、完整填写《上海外国语大学BEC考生健康安全承诺书》(见附件,以下简称《健康承诺书》)。考生须自考试日前14天起每日认真测量体温,并在承诺书上做好记录。《健康承诺书》须由考生本人手写签名,并在进校时提交。

2. 所有考生须准备好身份证、准考证等,并务必提前准备好本人的“随申码”、通信大数据行程卡等,入校时备查。

3. 考生即日起须严格做好个人防护,保持安全距离,勤洗手,避开人员密集区域,避免和无关人员接触。

4. 存在下列情况之一的考生不得入场参加考试:在中国政府要求的14天强制隔离期、医学观察期或自我隔离期内;考试前14天内及考试当日,出现发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或有流感症状。

二、考试日防疫注意事项

1. 请考生按照准考证及相关通知的要求,每场考试提前半小时到达上海外国语大学虹口校区正门(南门,大连西路550号),接受检查后进校。考生进校时请自觉排队、并保持1米的安全距离,配合现场工作人员进行测温、“随申码”和通信行程卡检查、身份证件查验、准考证核查等防疫及身份确认工作,严格按照现场人员安排和指引有序进校。考生首场考试进入考场前还需提交《健康承诺书》。证件、材料不全或不符合进校防疫要求的考生不予参加考试,后果由考生自行承担。

2. 所有考生须提前准备一次性医用口罩、医用外科口罩或N95型防护口罩。考生自到达校门口排队进校直至进入考场就座前,每场考试结束离场直至离开学校前,均须严格佩戴口罩(身份查验时临时摘下,结束后继续佩戴)。考生每次进入考场前须按要求进行手消毒或洗手。

3. 考试仅限考生本人进校,原则上考生家长或陪同人员不得进校,并请避免在考点门口或附近区域聚集。

4. 考生在测温、候考、离场期间须保持一米社交距离,同时听从监考老师指令,有序错峰入场、离场,且应减少交谈。

5. 考生进校后如出现发热等身体异常状况,须第一时间告知现场工作人员,学校将按校内疫情防控应急预案和应急流程进行处理。如有额外费用产生,考生需自行承担。

三、其他

1. 校园禁止社会车辆入校,请考生合理选择交通工具。

2. 请自带B或者HB铅笔、橡皮和黑色水笔;考点不提供饮品,请自备去掉标签的无色透明矿泉水。

3. 口试安排详见考试当天的具体通知,口试搭档现场自由配对。

4. 考试期间,校内食堂不对外开放,考生自行在校外就餐。考生应保持正常的饮食习惯,注意饮食卫生和营养搭配,并注意防寒保暖,避免感冒、发烧等情况发生。

5. 考生与家长均须参照上海市和学校最新防疫要求执行,若有情况调整,考点会第一时间发布通知,请各位考生及时关注。

6. 其他未尽事宜,如因疫情防控等因素需要做出考试安排调整的,考点会第一时间发布通知,请各位考生及时关注。
