在新冠疫情期间,考生和考务人员的生命健康需要得到高度重视。为了创造一个安全的考试环境,各位考生在报考BEC考试前应该仔细阅读防疫措施,今天就跟着51题库考试学习网一起来看看有哪些防疫须知吧。

一、考试报名

报名前,请首先查看各考点防疫期间入校/入场要求。 我们建议考生尽可能报考本地考点。如果您的常住地目前被政府认定为中高风险地区,或您近14天到过中高风险地区,请暂缓报考异地的BEC考试,以免因旅行限制或其它防疫管控要求不能如期参考。

如果您需要到常住地以外的城市参加考试,请务必提前查阅并遵循关于到考点所在城市出行的相关政策和防疫流程(例如是否有出行限制、核酸检测、隔离要求等)。

我们强烈建议未满18岁的考生由家长陪同前往考点,直到完成进入校园或考场的防疫检查流程。请家长保持手机号码畅通,如果考生因特殊情况不能参加考试,工作人员将第一时间联系家长,请考生和考生家长及时离开考场。

二、考试日前14天

请考生从首个考试日前14天开始坚持每天做体温和健康监测,并做好相应的记录。如果在考前14天的体温健康自查中发现异常,请联系教育部考试中心BEC考试全国服务热线(电话:010-62979166-1,电子邮箱:bec@mail.neea.edu.cn ),提供就医证明申请全额退费。

三、考试当天

1、 在考试过程中,考生须全程佩戴口罩。请自备口罩带到考点使用。

2、建议提前30分钟或更早到达考点,确保有足够的时间完成体温检测及防疫健康信息码(健康码)、通讯大数据行程卡(行程码)的检查等防疫流程,按时进入考场。

3、在进入考点所在校园时,请配合校方的疫情防控要求,例如,健康码扫描、行程码扫描、体温检测、访客登记等。只有健康码和行程码均为绿码、体温检测低于37.3摄氏度的考生才被允许进入校园。

4、在进入考场前您将接受体温检测及登记。两次体温检测≥37.3摄氏度的考生将无法参加考试。考生还须签署书面《个人健康情况声明》。如有不满足防控要求的情况将无法参加考试。

5、在考试当天请保持良好的卫生,如使用考点提供的洗手液擦手、勤洗手等。

6、请遵循考试当天的指引,尽可能和其他考生及考点工作人员保持1米间距。

四、异常情况应对

考试当天考生如出现发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或其他流感症状等,请务必配合考点的防疫措施和管控流程。如有额外费用产生,考生需自行承担。

五、个人健康情况申明

按照政府相关要求及BEC考试的防疫政策,所有考生在考试当天进入考试区域前必须签署书面《个人健康情况声明》,确认可以参加当次BEC考试。考生须保证申报信息真实、准确、完整,并知悉将承担瞒报的法律后果和责任,以及瞒报可能对其产生其它不利影响,例如取消考试成绩及禁止参加相关考试的处罚。

六、退费申请

如果您因为以下特殊情况不能如期参加考试:

1、在政府要求的14天强制隔离期、医学观察期或自我隔离期内。

2、考前14天内有发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或其它流感症状。

3、考试当天因两次体温检测≥37.3度或无法出示绿色健康码或绿色行程码未能进入校园。

4、考试当天因两次体温检测≥37.3度或无法出示绿色健康码或绿色行程码未能入场考试。

5、考试过程中因发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或其它流感症状无法完成考试,请及时联系教育部考试中心BEC考试全国服务热线(电话:010-62979166-1,电子邮箱:bec@mail.neea.edu.cn ),提供就医证明申请全额退费。已经在考点《两次测温异常登记表》上登记的考生无需提供就医证明。
