一、进校唯一通道
山东科技职业学院东门(潍坊市西环路6388号)。
二、进校必备条件
全国非中高风险地区的考生需持有身份证件原件、考试纸质确认信，且14天行程卡及山东省电子健康通行码均为绿码(注：省外考生需转码操作，详见附件)。如行程卡显示前14天内到达或途径城市中包含中高风险城市名称的考生须同时提供7日内(含考试日)核酸检测阴性报告(注：中高风险地区考生除外)。
三、入校管理
1.考生须在考试日8:10前抵达到达山东科技职业学院东门。
2.送考人员不得进入学校，勿在校门口聚集或长时间等候，送考车辆即停即走。考生及送考人员须服从现场安保人员指挥。
3.符合入校条件的考生需全程佩戴口罩，列队出示：身份证件原件、考试纸质确认信、山东省电子健康通行码(绿码)、14天行程卡(绿码)、核酸检测阴性报告(如行程卡显示前14天内到达或途径城市中包含中高风险城市名称的考生)，并接受体温检测。如考生体温检测≥37.3度，由工作人员带至复检处等待二次测温。两次检测体温均≥37.3度的考生不得进入校园，考生本人及送考人员立即离开校门口。
4.考生考生自东门进入校园后，需步行至考场楼(问辩楼)(步行时间约10分钟左右，行程图参见附件三)。
5.所有考生都必须签署《考生个人健康情况声明表》。存在下列情况之一的考生不得入场参加考试：在中国政府要求的14天强制隔离期、医学观察期或自我隔离期内;考试前14天内及考试当日，出现发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或有流感症状。凡是瞒报的考生将对产生的严重后果负全责，本考点拒绝其参加考试，并交由相关部门依法处理。中高风险地区的考生将被拒绝进入校园。
6.考生进入校园必须无条件服从山东科技职业学院有关防疫工作的相关规定，全程佩戴口罩(考生自备口罩，仅在照相及身份验证时摘下口罩)，服从现场工作人员引导，全程保持安全社交距离，不得离开封闭区域。不得在校园逗留。
附件 申请办理山东省电子健康码、14天电子行程码方法及考场行程图
一、申请办理山东省电子健康码方法
山东省电子健康通行码可通过三种途径办理。一是微信关注“健康山东服务号”微信公众号，进入“防疫专区”办理;二是下载“爱山东”APP，进入首页“热点应用”办理;三是支付宝首页搜索“山东健康通行卡”办理。经实名认证后，填写申报信息获取“山东省电子健康通行码”。其中：
1.山东省居民可直接点击“健康通行卡”栏目，选中“通行码申请”，按照提示，仅需填写姓名、证件类型、证件号码、手机号码、国籍(地区)、居住地址、14天内接触史7项基本信息，并作出承诺后，即可领取健康通行码。
2.外省来鲁(返鲁)人员，到达山东后须通过“来鲁申报”模块转码为山东省健康通行码，持绿码一律通行。
3.自境外入鲁(返鲁)人员隔离期满后，经检测合格的通过“来鲁申报”模块申领健康通行码，经大数据比对自动赋码。
省外考生山东省电子健康通行码(绿码)转换有问题的，可拨打咨询电话0531-67605180或0531-12345。
二、申请电子行程卡方法
手机用户用微信扫描下面二维码，确认后，显示机主最近14天行程。注意请用本人手机扫描!
