1、在系统中交纳申请费/科目报考费之后不想参加考试了，能退费吗?

根据IIA和《认证简章》的规定，考生一旦通过CCMS缴纳了申请费和科目报考费或考务费，由于个人原因不能参加考试，无法退还已交纳费用。

2、在系统中交纳的费用是否能获得发票?

美国应税行为一般以结算体系监控为主，因此IIA不能提供我国税务机关印制的税务发票。考生可以打印在CCMS中交费的收据作为报销凭证(点击查看怎样获得在CCMS中交费的收据)。

3、成绩有效期能延长吗?

可以。考生可在CCMS中选择延长成绩有效期，延长期限为1年，费用为275美元，成绩有效期延长只能在“已批准”状态下进行，并且只能延长一次。

4、怎样在CCMS中修改自己的姓名?

如考生在注册CCMS账号时，姓名填写错误，应当在CCMS主页点击个人信息下方的“提交姓名变更请求”。“姓名变更请求”由IIA国际认证团队直接处理，一般在5个工作日以内能够办结。

系统中姓名与身份证件姓名不符将导致考生无法通过资质审核和无法进入考场参加考试，因此如果考生在资质审核期提交了“姓名变更请求”，请同时发送邮件至certification@ciia.com.cn，以便加快处理速度，避免错过资质审核时间。在非资质审核期，如果超过7个工作日申请仍未得到批准，也可发送邮件，以便询问处理进度。

5、如果在CCMS中付费时误选了除信用卡以外的支付方式，应该怎么处理?

如果误选了除信用卡外的其他支付方式，请在“我的订单”中选择左侧的“发票”，之后点击所要完成的交易右侧蓝色方框，显示发票信息后，点击右上角“操作”，选择“收费发票”，就可以弹出输入信用卡信息的页面，填写完信用卡信息后，点击“提交”就可以完成付款。

请注意支付时使用的信用卡必须符合《认证简章》的要求，即卡面带有VISA、MasterCard、AMEX或Discover标识的信用卡。
