考生可以不经BEC-1考试直接报考BEC-2或BEC-3,也可同时报考BEC-1和BEC-2,或同时报考BEC-2和BEC-3。报名不受年龄、性别、职业、地区、学历等限制,任何人(包括学生、待业人员等)均可持本人身份证到当地考点报名。在华工作的外籍人员和现役军人亦可持本人有效身份证及两张照片报名参加考试。
