为了规范内部审计人员后续教育，不断提高内部审计人员的专业胜任能力，根据《审计署关于内部审计工作的规定》及有关规定，制定本办法。   

取得内部审计人员岗位资格证书和CIA证书的人员，都应当按照本办法接受后续教育。

后续教育的主要内容：   

法律法规与内部审计准则；    内部审计理论与技术方法；    相关专业知识；    计算机应用技术。 

后续教育一般采取以下形式：

参加中国内部审计协会和省级内部审计协会举办的境内外培训和考察活动； 

参加中国内部审计协会认可的大专院校学历教育和专业课程进修；   

在大专院校或本条第一款规定的培训活动讲授内部审计课程； 

参加国际内部审计师协会和亚洲内部审计联合会组织的专业会议和培训活动；   

参加中国内部审计协会和省级内部审计协会召开的专业会议；   

在省、部级以上报刊、杂志发表内部审计文章，出版有关内部审计著作，在中国内部审计协会和省级内部审计协会举行的论文评选中有获奖的论文； 

 参加与内部审计相关的中级以上专业技术职称和执业资格考试并获取证书；    中国内部审计协会认可的其他培训方式。   

后续教育采取学时累计法，每两年为一个周期，时间不得少于80学时。后续教育学时的计算方法：   

属本办法第四条第一、二款规定的，按课程设定的学时计算后续教育学时；   

属本办法第四条第三款规定的，每授课1学时后续教育按两学时计算，全年累计不得超过20学时；   

属本办法第四条第四、五款规定的，按参加会议和培训的实际时间计算后续教育学时；   

属本办法第四条第六款规定的，每千字按两学时计算后续教育学时，翻译按每两千字计算后续教育1学时，全年累计不得超过10学时；   

取得审计师、会计师、经济师、工程师及以上专业技术职称和国际注册内部审计师、注册会计师、造价工程师、资产评估师职业资格的，当年按5 0学时计算后续教育学时。
