 为了进一步完善内部审计准则体系，指导内部审计实践，中国内部审计协会组织修订完成了《第3101号内部审计实务指南—审计报告》。

经中国内部审计协会第七届常务理事会第二次会议审议通过，现予以印发，自2020年1月1日起施行。

2009年1月1日起施行的《内部审计实务指南第3号—审计报告》同时废止。

目录：第一章  总 则，第二章  一般原则，第三章  审计报告的要素和内容，第四章  审计报告的格式，第五章  审计报告的编制，第六章  审计报告的复核、报送和归档。

考试方式

两种方式:纸笔考试或机考。

近年来，随着IIA对考试内容、管理方式、试题安全等方面的调整与变革，纸笔考试面临着巨大的挑战，IIA维持纸笔考试的成本也不断增加。为此，IIA要求中国加快纸笔考试转为机考的进程。按照IIA的要求，中国的CIA/CCSA考试要逐渐由纸笔考试转变为机考，IIA预计的机考过渡流程为:2014年，大部分考点只进行纸笔考试，但安排部分考点进行机考试点;2015年，全部考点纸笔考试与机考并行;2016年，全部考点转变为机考。

考试方式为分科闭卷笔试。第一科试题为125道选择题考试时间为150分钟;第二、三科试题各为100道选择题，考试时间各为120分钟。考试语种分为中文、英文。在同一考试年度内不同科目两个语种不能混用。

报名办法

(一)报考者需提供以下证件的原件与复印件(A4纸一式两份):居民身份证、学历证书或职称证书、 注册会计师证书、学生证。全日制在校学生(含在校研究生)报名时，需凭学生证原件及复印件，并有所在院校出具的说明其在校表现、所学专业和学业完成情况的证明。同时提供近照4张，并在照片背面注明姓名及性别。

(二)报考者无论采用中文或英文语种考试，必须在全部考试科目中任选两门或两门以上科目报考。

(三)已报名参加过国际注册内部审计师资格考试者只需携带准考证及身份证原件进行报名。

(四)经各省内部审计协会考试办公室审查提供材料不真实者，不得参加考试，所缴纳的费用不予退还。

(五)报名参加国际注册内部审计师资格考试者，不得申请延迟考试，如因故不能参加考试，所缴纳的费用不予退还。
