1、 考生只能从我校南门(校正门)入校，外来车辆不准入校。

2、请考生提前进入微信小程序搜索“扫码抗疫情”，注册广西健康码。

3、考生须按防疫工作要求，出示广西健康码(绿码)、进行体温检测、并出示身份证、准考证，经确认正常后方可入校。对于无法提供绿码或两次体温检测≥37.3摄氏度等不符合防疫要求的考生，不允许入校。

4、来自(或去过)中高风险地区及所在城区(县)的考生不允许入校(按桂新冠防指办【2021】21号文要求进行隔离期满的除外);来自省外(或考试前14内去过省外)中高风险地区及所在城区(县)以外低风险地区的考生需持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明方可入校;健康码为“红码”或“黄码”的考生不允许入校。疫情防控要求强制隔离期、医学观察期或自我隔离期内的考生不允许入校。

5、在进入考场前，考生须签署书面《个人健康情况声明》(考场提供)，声明内容：“我遵守中高风险地区来邕返邕人员管理规定。我不在中国政府要求的14天强制隔离期、医学观察期或自我隔离期内;考试前14天内及考试当日，我没有出现发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或有流感症状;我保证以上声明信息真实、准确、完整，并知悉我将承担瞒报的法律后果及责任，以及面临取消考试成绩及禁止参加相关考试的处罚。”

6、考试当天考生如出现发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或其他流感症状等，请务必配合考点的防疫措施和管控流程。如有因此产生的额外费，考生需自行承担。

7、考生除进场验证时需摘下口罩，其他时间须全程佩带口罩。

8、考试结束后，考生须按照工作人员指挥，有序离开校园,不得在校园停留。
