1、JLPTJLPT改革后分为5个等级，N5～N1，N1最高。JLPT和JTEST都是认知度比较高的日语能力测试，不过从泛用性上讲，JLPT要高得多，主要涉及以下几个方面：就业，中国的珠三角，长三角的日企还是很多的，这些企业的销售、采购等职位多会要求入职者具备日语N2以上的能力，而翻译职位自然是要N1。可以去一些招聘网站上查查看，基本都要求拥有JLPT证书，而不是JTEST。留学，本科日语专业毕业，想去日本读研，或者说高中毕业想去日本考大学，这种情况下日本的大学要求提供的日语等级证书基本是JLPT或者EJU（关于EJU，下文赘述），读研N1是必须的，读本科再次也得有N2水平，不过也有一些大学会对日语要求很低很低，N4也让你进，这种大学基本是水平比较差，招不到生的那种。

3、NSS这是针对中国的日语专业的本科生设立的考试，和上面两个不同，卷子是中国出的。考试分为专业四级和专业八级，有的院校会硬性规定，必须取得专业四级证书才能取得学位。专业八级内容涉及大量敬语、古典日语，难度相当高。非日语专业的就不用管这个啦，当年这卷子是真的惊到我了，比N1难了一个档次。

4、EJU这是日本设立的一个考试，用于测定在日留学生的各科目能力，包含日语、理科（物理、化学、生物）、综合科目以及数学，考生根据自己的需要选择其中的科目报考。在上面JLPT那一节也有提到，日本的许多大学，都会要求你提交EJU成绩。比如我到日本读研，不需要文综理综成绩，所以只要提交日语成绩单即可。（多数情况下JLPT可以代替EJU的日语成绩）5、其它除此以外，还有中高级口译、商务日语能力测试等等等等，挑战一下是可以的，但真的没什么用，不要浪费报名费了吧。
