口试分为两个阶段,第一阶段是考生问候和自我介绍。第二阶段是与搭档讨论商务话题。

(1) 第一阶段的问候和介绍,考生简单介绍自己的情况即可,可以平时自己写一份自我介绍并且背诵下来,考试时直接使用。

(2) 第一阶段考官会向考生提几个问题,一般先问A考生,再问B考生时,考官会用代词替换原来的问题,所以考生一定要全程仔细听问题。如果没有听清可以要求考官重复提问,考生不用太紧张,听清后正常回答即可,不影响考试分数。

(3) 第二阶段是讨论商务工作相关的话题,考官的问题会包含专业词汇,考生的回答也应该显示出商务人士的专业性,回答不必长篇大论,两三句话解释清楚即可。

(4)接下来需要考生发表微型演讲或者说简短的口头陈述,考官会给考生发一张信息卡,卡上有三个问题,每个问题都包含了三个提示,考生可以自主选择一个问题,然后准备一分钟后开始演讲。

(5) 在一分钟的准备时间里,考生应该快速浏览信息卡,选择自己有把握的话题,然后根据问题的提示组织思路。准备完毕后考生应该立即开始发言,建议演讲要开门见山直入话题,然后分点论述自己的观点,最后用两句话总结之前的发言,尽量在规定时间内结束演讲。

(6)演讲完毕后,进入下一个环节两位考生双向交流讨论。考官会说明任务要求,然后将材料发给考生,要求考生开始进行三分钟的对话交流。在考生交谈完后,考官会向考生提问,主要是考查考生在职场中的与人沟通能力和互动能力。

(7) 在讨论过程中,要注意两人的交流和互动,不要自己一个人喋喋不休,也不能太害羞不主动说话;讨论的话题应该始终围绕题目,不要说一些无关主题的聊天;如果没有听清搭档的讲话,可以要求对方重复或者说慢一点,只有双方共同合作才能顺利完成这个部分的考试。
