2021年第三次CIA考试报名已经进入最后的倒计时了，还没有报名的同学快来看看自己是否符合条件，下面我们一起来看看。

一、报名条件

参加CIA考试，考生必须具备以下条件之一：

1、具有国家承认的本科及本科以上学历;

2、具有国家承认的学士及学士以上学位;

3、海外留学生的国外文凭，经过第三方权威机构(教育部留学服务中心等)办理国外学历学位认证后可报名;

4、具有省级及省级以上人力资源保障部门颁发的中级及中级以上相关专业技术资格;

5、持有注册会计师证书或非执业注册会计师证书;

6、在校生是全日制本科院校审计、会计及相关专业四年级的，在毕业当年可以报名，如果毕业当年未取得毕业证书，须提供学校(或有关部门、院系)出具的证明才可报名。

二、免试条件

具有下列资格之一者，可以申请免试经营管理技术:

1、持有中级及中级以上审计师专业技术资格证书;

2、持有中级及中级以上会计师专业技术资格证书;

3、持有CPA、ACCA、CISA资格证书。

注意：申请免试者应提交有关资格证书原件及复印件，经各地报名点工作人员审查确认后报辽宁省内部审计协会CIA考试办公室核准，并报中国内部审计协会备案，方可免试。申请免试的考生必须在申请免试的当年参加考试，其申请免试的成绩才能生效，否则下年度须重新交费申请。

三、已报名考试有效期的延长

考生由于个人原因无法在180天的科目报考有效期之内参加考试的，可以选择对其进行延长，延长时限为60天，需要交纳75美元。由于中国(除香港特别行政区和台湾地区外)的考试并非全年开放，考生在选择延期之前，应当对照《2021年CIA资格认证简章》中公布的正式考试时间，计算延期60天是否足以令考生参加下一季度的考试，以防止无效操作带来经济损失。如该科目已经预约了考位，则需要首先取消预约，再延长考试授权，以便在未来重新预约，在未取消预约的情况下进行延期，不能改变考试的时间。延期的具体操作流程如下：

(1)在CCMS考生主页的“认证进度”中，确认需要延期的科目状态应为“已注册”。

(2)点击“管理我的认证”，进入“复核并提交”页面。

(3)点击“CIA第1部分”，进入“考试注册和预约”页面。

(4)点击“考试延期”，进入“付款页面”， 确认屏幕右侧显示付款项目为“ClA-Exam Extension Fee”，金额为75美元。付款程序与交纳考务费相同，点击“确认订单并购买”，系统自动生成订单号。

(5)完成交费后，系统自动返回“考试注册和预约”页面，CIA第1部分的状态仍然显示为“已注册”，报考科目(考试注册)有效期在原有基础上延长60天。
