一、考试科目了解

ACCA是财经领域有非常多科目的考试之一,经过2019年的改革后,形成了以英国大学考试难度为标准的ACCA考试。改革后,ACCA考试科目依然高达15门(比改革前减少一门),其中必考的有13 门。

1、知识课程有《会计师与企业》、《管理会计》、《财务会计》、《公司法与商法》、《业绩管理》。

2、技能课程有《税务》、《财务报告》、《审计与认证业务》、《财务管理》。

3、核心课程有《战略商业报告》、《战略商业报告》《高级财务管理》。

4、选修课程(42)有《高级财务管理》《高级业绩管理》《高级税务》《高级审计与认证业务》。

二、报考必备材料

1、身份证或者护照

2、学历/学位证书。持国外学历及MPAcc学员还需提交所有课程成绩单。

3、高校在校生注册需提交学校出具的在校证明函(需证明其顺利完成前几学年)及所学所有学年的课程考试合格的成绩单

4、其他有利申请免试的证书(CICPA)(非必须,持有者须提供)

5、如需申请OBU学位,需要提供英语证明(具体要求参考链接)

ACCA报考条件

报名注册ACCA学员,具备以下条件之一即可:

1、教育部认可的高等院校在校生(本科在校),顺利完成大一的课程考试,即可报名成为ACCA的正式学员;

2、凡具有教育部承认的大专以上学历,即可报名成为ACCA的正式学员;

3、未符合12项报名资格的申请者,也可以先申请参加FIA(Foundations in

Accountancy)基础财务资格考试。在完成FAB(基础商业会计)FMA(基础管理会计)FFA(基础财务会计)3门课程后,可豁免ACCA AB-FA三门课程的考试,直接进入ACCA技能课程的考试。

31 October 2008. In the last year, several investment properties have been purchased to utilise surplus funds

and to provide rental income. The properties have been revalued at the year end in accordance with IAS 40

Investment Property, they are recognised on the statement of financial position at a fair value of $8 million, and

the total assets of Poppy Co are $160 million at 31 October 2008. An external valuer has been used to provide

the fair value for each property.

Required:

(i) Recommend the enquiries to be made in respect of the external valuer, before placing any reliance on their

work, and explain the reason for the enquiries; (7 marks)

similar to those owned by Poppy Co.
In gauging the reliability of the fair value, the auditor may wish to consider how Poppy Co decided to appoint this
particular valuer, e.g. on the basis of a recommendation or after receiving references from companies for which
valuations had previously been provided.
It will also be important to consider how familiar the valuer is with Poppy Co’s business and environment, as a way to
assess the reliability and appropriateness of any assumptions used in the valuation technique.
Objectivity
Enquiries could include:
– Does the valuer have any financial interest in Poppy Co, e.g. shares held directly or indirectly in the company?
– Does the valuer have any personal relationship with any director or employee of Poppy Co?

the advantages and disadvantages of using it as the preferred method of growth. Franchised chains are argued to benefit from

franchises will be new and small. These smaller franchises tend to be regional in scope, and fairly unknown outside their
regional market. This has a significant effect on what the franchisees can expect to gain from their franchisors and their
prospects of success. Both parties need to carefully assess the strengths and weaknesses of the system. Companies growing
via franchises need to take the time to understand their business model thoroughly and determine how franchising fits with
their long-term strategy. Care must be taken with the franchise agreement that creates a genuine partnership with the rightbalance between freedom and control over the franchisees.
