ACCA考试科目15科,分为四个大模块:知识模块(ACCA考试科目F1-F3)、技能模块(ACCA考试科目F4-F9)、核心模块(ACCA考试科目SBL&SBR)、选修模块(ACCA考试科目P4-P7)。

ACCA考试科目一定要按顺序来进行吗?

考试必须按照模块顺序来进行,即知识模块-技能模块-核心模块-选修模块。必须按照这个顺序来报考,但是各个模块内部的科目是可以打乱顺序考的。例如:F1-F3,可以先考F3,再考F2,再考F1,后面的依此类推。

当然,ACCA每一次考试最多可以报满4科,那么可以把前面模块的都报上,报完以后还有剩余科目再报上后面模块的科目。例如,可以一次把ACCA考试科目F1、F2、F3、F4都报上,考试结束后,ACCA考试科目F4、F3、F2都通过了,F1没通过,那么下次报F678等科目时,必须先把F1报上,如果考完了F4-F9的科目,F1还是没通过,报P阶段时,F1也必须先报上。就是说前一个模块没有考完的科目,必须在下一次报考下一个模块考试时都带上继续报考,直到通过。后面的依此类推。

报名规则:

1.申请参加ACCA考试者,必须先注册成为ACCA学员。

2.学员必须按考试大纲设置的先后次序报考,即应用知识模块,应用技能模块,战略专业模块。同一个模块里的课程可以选择任意顺序报考,但建议在同一个模块中也按照课程顺序报考。 

3.基础阶段的应用知识模块考试时间为两小时,基础阶段的应用技能模块和战略专业阶段的所有课程考试时间为三小时,及格成绩为50分(百分制)。从2016年起,ACCA实行4个考季,即学员可选择在3、6、9、12月考季在当地考点进行考试。学员每年最多可报考8门不相同的科目。

请注意:中国大陆地区自2018年3月考季开始将取消PM-FM的笔试。

4.基础阶段9门考试不设时限;专业阶段考试年限为7年,从通过第一门战略专业阶段考试之日算起。

5.考试的报名时间不同,考试资费标准就不同(该优惠政策仅限网上报名)。较早报名考试,费用会相对较少。报考时间分为提前报名时段,常规报名时段和后期报名时段。

gains tax. Also, as the settlors and trustees are connected persons, the disposal will be deemed to be at market value, resulting

extent that it is not distributed; and (2) the legitimate trust management expenses, which are offsettable for the purposes of
the higher trust tax rates against the income with the lowest rate(s) of normal tax and so bear tax only at that rate. The higher
trust tax rate always applies to income that is distributed, other than to the extent that it has been treated as the settlor’s
income, and taxed at that settlor’s marginal tax rate.
As Paul and Sharon intend to create a trust for their unmarried minor (under 18) children, then even if the trust specifically
excludes them from any benefit under the trust, the trust income will be treated as theirs for income tax purposes to the extent

If there is a tight deadline, as is common with the audit of subsidiaries, which should be completed before the group audit
commences, then having access to two firms’ resources should enable the audit to be completed in good time.
The audit should also benefit from an improvement in quality. The two audit firms may have different points of view, and

consuming to develop a ‘joint’ audit approach, based on elements of each of the two firms’ methodologies, time which
obviously would not have been spent if a single firm was providing the audit.
There may be problems for the two audit firms to work together harmoniously. Lead & Co may feel that ultimately they will
be replaced by Chien & Co as audit provider, and therefore could be unwilling to offer assistance and help.
Potentially, problems could arise in terms of liability. In the event of litigation, because both firms have provided the audit
opinion, it follows that the firms would be jointly liable. The firms could blame each other for any negligence which was
discovered, making the litigation process more complex than if a single audit firm had provided the opinion. However, it could
be argued that joint liability is not necessarily a drawback, as the firms should both be covered by professional indemnity
insurance.
