2020年ACCA考试准考证打印时间:

在考前两周,可以登陆MYACCA里打印准考证。因邮寄的准考证收到时间较晚,建议提前打印好准考证,仔细核对报考科目和考试地点有无错误。

2020年ACCA考试准考证打印步骤如下:

1)ACCA考试学员需登录www.accaglobal.com。

2)点击MYACCA后输入自己的学员号和密码进入。

3)点击左侧栏里EXAM ENTRY&RESULTS进入。

4)点击EXAM ATTENDANCE DOCKET生成页面打印即可。

请仔细阅读准考证上EXAMINATION REGULATIONS和EXAMINATION GUIDELINES,务必严格遵守。                               

考试注意事项:

1.要明确考试的具体时间和地点。尽量提前(至少半小时)到达考场,以避免出现意外时(如临时更换考试教室)造成的紧张。尤其对于首次参加考试或在不熟悉城市参加考试的学员,在考试之前务必将考点具体位置落实。

2.带齐考试所需文具(铅笔若干支,其中一支用于涂圈;墨水笔;直尺;橡皮;计算器(不允许带有编程功能的)等)及证件(学员注册卡或身份证)。

3.选题。进入考场后,要确认封面上的答题要求。通读试题,一般应在5分钟内确定题目。确定后别忘了在答卷的封面上标明所选的题目编号。选题时主要看最后问的问题,看是否是自己比较熟悉的内容。 一般选择问题长的题,因为这些题目信息提示多,不容易跑题。尽量选择小题多的题,因为答对每一步都会得分,根据自己专长选择以计算为主还是以论述为主的题目。论述题对分析的深度和广度要求较高,不易答全,但答题时间容易控制,阅读时可以在试题上做标记,但不要在上面答题,切忌一道题答到一半,再换题的情况。

4.开始考试后,合理分配考试时间。留出读题和最后浏览试卷的时间。考试过程中注意时间,不要在某一题上超时。每一道题的所有部分都尽力回答,因为每一个小点都可能给分。

5.切忌紧张。如果在某一题陷入困境,可以先做下面的题目。等再回去做时,思路可能会开阔起来。

6.答题。充分简洁地说明自己的观点,尽量把每一个观点都列上,但不要花太多时间阐述。 要做到卷面整洁、格式明了、重点突出、逻辑清晰。要点之间留一些空间以利于补充,重要部分可以用下划线。在答题纸上注明考题编号,不必重复写出问题。 尽量按照Revision的Past Paper的标准答案格式和步骤答题,尽量在有限的时间里答完所有题目。重要的计算过程要求列出公式,计算过程和公式都能得分,计算过程要列写清楚。答卷纸不够时,可以提前向监考老师索要。

3 Local neighbourhood shops are finding it increasingly difficult to compete with supermarkets. However, three years

ago, the Perfect Shopper franchise group was launched that allowed these neighbourhood shops to join the group

and achieve cost savings on tinned and packaged goods, particularly groceries. Perfect Shopper purchases branded

goods in bulk from established food suppliers and stores them in large purpose-built warehouses, each designed to

serve a geographical region. When Perfect Shopper was established it decided that deliveries to these warehouses

should be made by the food suppliers or by haulage contractors working on behalf of these suppliers. Perfect Shopper

places orders with these suppliers and the supplier arranges the delivery to the warehouse. These arrangements are

still in place. Perfect Shopper has no branded goods of its own.

Facilities are available in each warehouse to re-package goods into smaller units, more suitable for the requirements

of the neighbourhood shop. These smaller units, typically containing 50–100 tins or packs, are usually small trays,

sealed with strong transparent polythene. Perfect Shopper delivers these to its neighbourhood shops using specialist

haulage contractors local to the regional warehouse. Perfect Shopper has negotiated significant discounts with

suppliers, part of which it passes on to its franchisees. A recent survey in a national grocery magazine showed that

franchisees saved an average of 10% on the prices they would have paid if they had purchased the products directly

from the manufacturer or from an intermediary – such as cash and carry wholesalers.

As well as offering savings due to bulk buying, Perfect Shopper also provides, as part of its franchise:

(i) Personalised promotional material. This usually covers specific promotions and is distributed locally, either using

specialist leaflet distributors or loosely inserted into local free papers or magazines.

(ii) Specialised signage for the shops to suggest the image of a national chain. The signs include the Perfect Shopper

slogan ‘the nation’s local’.

(iii) Specialist in-store display units for certain goods, again branded with the Perfect Shopper logo.

Perfect Shopper does not provide all of the goods required by a neighbourhood shop. Consequently, it is not an

exclusive franchise. Franchisees agree to purchase specific products through Perfect Shopper, but other goods, such

as vegetables, fruit, stationery and newspapers they source from elsewhere. Deliveries are made every two weeks to

franchisees using a standing order for products agreed between the franchisee and their Perfect Shopper sales

representative at a meeting they hold every three months. Variations to this order can be made by telephone, but only

if the order is increased. Downward variations are not allowed. Franchisees cannot reduce their standing order

requirements until the next meeting with their representative.

Perfect Shopper was initially very successful, but its success has been questioned by a recent independent report that

showed increasing discontent amongst franchisees. The following issues were documented.

(b) The main disagreement over a shift to fair value measurement is the debate over relevance versus reliability. It is argued that
historical cost financial statements are not relevant because they do not provide information about current exchange values
for the entity’s assets which to some extent determine the value of the shares of the entity. However, the information provided

less on estimates and more on ‘hard’ numbers, it can be said that historical cost financial statements are more reliable than
fair value financial statements. Furthermore, fair value measurements may be less reliable than historical costs measures
because fair value accounting provides management with the opportunity to manipulate the reported profit for the period.
Developing reliable methods of measuring fair value so that investors trust the information reported in financial statements is
critical.
Fair value measurement could be said to be more relevant than historical cost as it is based on market values and not entity
specific measurement on initial recognition, so long as fair values can be reliably measured. Generally the fair value of the
consideration given or received (effectively historical cost) also represents the fair value of the item at the date of initial
recognition. However there are many cases where significant differences between historical cost and fair value can arise on
initial recognition.
Historical cost does not purport to measure the value received. It cannot be assumed that the price paid can be recovered in
the market place. Hence the need for some additional measure of recoverable value and impairment testing of assets.
Historical cost can be an entity specific measurement. The recorded historical cost can be lower or higher than its fair value.
For example the valuation of inventory is determined by the costing method adopted by the entity and this can vary from
entity to entity. Historical cost often requires the allocation of costs to an asset or liability. These costs are attributed to assets,
liabilities and expenses, and are often allocated arbitrarily. An example of this is self constructed assets. Rules set out in
accounting standards help produce some consistency of historical cost measurements but such rules cannot improve
representational faithfulness.
Another problem with historical cost arises as regards costs incurred prior to an asset being recognised. Historical costs
recorded from development expenditure cannot be capitalised if they are incurred prior to the asset meeting the recognition
criteria in IAS38 ‘Intangible Assets’. Thus the historical cost amount does not represent the fair value of the consideration
given to create the asset.
The relevance of historical cost has traditionally been based on a cost/revenue matching principle. The objective has been to
expense the cost of the asset when the revenue to which the asset has contributed is recognised. If the historical cost of the
asset differs from its fair value on initial recognition then the matching process in future periods becomes arbitrary. The
measurement of assets at fair value will enhance the matching objective. Historical cost may have use in predicting future
net reported income but does not have any necessary implications for future cash flows. Fair value does embody the market’s
expectations for those future cash flows.
However, historical cost is grounded in actual transaction amounts and has existed for many years to the extent that it is
supported by practical experience and familiarity. Historical cost is accepted as a reliable measure especially where no other
relevant measurement basis can be applied.
