CIA考试报名时如何提交申请和证明材料

1. 开始申请

(1)登录系统进入个人主页，在“申请新认证”下点击“申请国际注册内部审计师”。

(2)进入“条款、条件和对个人信息的使用”页面，在阅读过有关政策之后，勾选“我同意以上所述的条款、条件和对个人信息的使用”，点击“继续”。

2. 交纳申请费

(1)进入“付款”页面，确认账单和联系信息，完善个人信息时所填写的地址由系统自动带出，需要核对。确认无误后点击“订单核对和付款”。

(2)付款方式选择”信用卡“，依次填写持卡人姓名、卡号、有效期、CVV，然后点击“确认订单并购买”，系统自动生成订单号，进行缴费。

(1)进入“学历证明”页面后，依次选择教育水平和毕业/结业时间，并填写毕业院校名称。选择教育水平之后出现“文件上传”按钮。

(2)点击“文件上传”进入文件上传页面，选择上传证明材料的类型，点击“文件上传”，从电脑中选择证明材料，点击“打开”。全部上传完毕后，点击“关闭”回到“学历证明”页面，点击“继续”。

5. 选择身份证明信息和上传证明材料

6. 提供品德证明

进入“品德证明”页面后，依次填写品德证明人，并选择品德证明验证的首选语言，点击“发送品德证明验证”，核对信息无误后点击“发送验证”。品德证明人邮箱将会收到题为“请完成品德证明”的邮件，由品德证明人在邮件中进入证明链接并点击“批准”，从而完成考生的品德证明。

7. 在“特殊照顾”页面中选择“否”

在中国内地参加考试的考生如需特殊照顾，需要单独提交申请，不在系统内进行审核，因此此处考生必须选择“否”。

8. 核对申请信息

进入“复核并提交”页面后，核对无误后点击“提交”。
