Pearson VUE考试预约系统将于2021年2月8日重新开放，至2月28日结束，届时可预约本年度3月和6月两期考试的考位（部分考场在考试期间仅在部分日期开放，开放情况以Pearson VUE提供的信息为准）。

在2月8日-28日的考试预约时间内，考生可登录IIA认证考试管理系统（CCMS），在主页上点击“进入Pearson VUE”进入预约系统，在线完成考试预约；也可通过拨打Pearson VUE客服中心电话400-120-0832（工作时间周一至周五9:00-18:00，节假日除外）进行电话预约。由于预约首日客服中心咨询量较大，为避免长时间等候，建议有条件的考生通过在线预约的方式选定考试时间和地点，或稍后几日再行致电。

此外，建议考生在CCMS中核对并更新联系电话（建议留存手机）及邮箱等信息，以便在特殊情况下（如考试日期或考场受不可抗力影响发生变更等）能及时与考生取得联系。

在已经完成预约后，如需要取消预约或改期，考生必须在考试月份开始前的至少两个自然日之前登录系统或联系Pearson VUE客服中心完成更改（如需取消3月的考试预约或对其进行改期，则最晚应在北京时间2月27日0点前完成操作）。改期或取消考试预约的费用为50美元/次。

根据疫情防控的要求，考生在按照预约时间和地点前往考场时，应遵守当地的防疫规定和考场的健康安全准则。请考生提前访问Pearson VUE有关考试中心最新健康安全要求的提示（https://www.pearsonvue.com.cn/Standalone-pages/Coronavirus-update.aspx）,做好充分准备后再行前往考场。
