1.费用标准

考生在报考CIA考试过程中，须按以下标准缴纳申请费和考务费：

首次参加CIA考试的新考生

需要缴纳申请费、考务费。

以前参加过CIA考试（包括纸笔考试和机考）的老考生，在4年成绩有效期内的，无需缴纳申请费，仅需缴纳考务费；

以前参加过CIA考试（包括纸笔考试和机考）的老考生，4年成绩有效期满仍未全科通过拟继续参加考试的，需重新缴纳申请费、考务费；

根据IIA的规定，学生不再享受半价优惠。

关于考试费用的说明：考试费用由IIA规定，目前国际标准约为：申请费200美元，考务费350美元/科。中国大陆现实行较低的费用标准，今后费用标准将逐步提高。

2.支付方式

考生需在CCMS系统中直接向IIA支付各项考试费用，支付时需使用本人（或他人）双币种信用卡（VISA、MasterCard、AMEX或Discover标识）在线支付。

3.支付凭证

美国应税行为一般以结算体系监控为主，没有官方统一发票。考生在线支付费用后，可在CCMS系统中查看“订单历史记录”，并自行打印作为支付凭证。

4.退费规定

考生因个人原因导致无法参加考试的，不予退费。考生请谨慎付款。

免试条件

（原考试科目为四门时规定，但如今并不适用）具有下列资格之一者，可以申请免试经营管理技术：

1、持有中级及中级以上审计师专业技术资格证书；

2、持有中级及中级以上会计师专业技术资格证书；

3、持有CPA、ACCA、CISA资格证书。

申请免试者应提交有关资格证书原件及复印件，经各地报名点工作人员审查确认后报各省省内部审计协会CIA考试办公室核准，并报中国内部审计协会备案，方可免试。申请免试的考生必须在申请免试的当年参加考试，其申请免试的成绩才能生效，否则下年度须重新交费申请。
