一、办理前置学历查验和课程免考之前考生本人须确认的事项

(一)已通过“考生服务平台”进行在籍注册和信息确认。

(二)考生所持有的学历证书、非学历证书信息是办理课程免考的前提。考生务必提前登录“考生服务平台”确认是否已验证本人所持有的学历证书，是否准确填写非学历证书信息。如“考生服务平台”没有相关证书信息，请按照“考生服务平台”的提示添加并准确填报学历证书、非学历证书信息。

(三)凡申请办理本科层次专业毕业证的考生，必须在提交毕业证办理申请之前完成前置学历查验。

二、工作安排

(一)前置学历查验时间安排：

1.办理2020年5月课程免考前置学历查验网上申请截止时间为5月22日。

2.办理2020年6月自学考试本科毕业证书的前置学历查验网上申请截止时间为5月31日。

(二)课程免考时间安排：

1. 受疫情影响，我省自学考试免考工作推迟了办理时间。本着服务考生的原则，配合我省6月份自学考试毕业证办理工作，本次自学考试课程免考时间安排如下：

网上申请时间5月15日—5月24日;网上确认时间5月19日—5月27日;网上终审时间5月28日—6月3日。

此次课程免考适用于2020年6月份申请办理自学考试毕业证的考生。在此次申请免考的考生应已完成考试计划的全部课程考试(含实践性环节考核、毕业考核等)、仅差免考课程就能申请办理自学考试毕业证，其他考生课程免考请延后申请。

2.为方便考生，减少人员聚集，课程免考现场确认环节改成网上提交相关材料照片后由考籍所在地进行网上确认。

网上确认分时段进行，具体时间由各确认单位根据工作安排确定，但网上确认结束时间不得早于网上申请结束时间。网上申请提交成功后考生务必在系统中及时查看网上确认时间等信息。

3.当次办理结束后，考生可在“考生服务平台”查询免考办理结果。
