强烈推荐你可以去BEC贴吧去看看，有很多关于经验的帖子。还有大家论坛，BEC学习资料很全。BEC中级的词汇量在英语四六级之内，只是有个别的商务类词汇。所以把考试委员会推荐的那本教材看懂，背会里面的商务词汇就足够了。难度和六级差不多，但是更注重商务方面，所以六级过了也并不一定能过，最主要的是多做准备，多熟悉考试题型，积累商务方面的知识。
听力方面，主要是多练习。教材和真题都有考试题型，速度比六级快一些，另外指定的一共有四套真题辑，都做一遍找找感觉，适应他的出题思路，BEC有个特点是听到的词不一定是答案。
