建议考BEC，如果你的六级已经过了，并且还较满意的话，可以先考BEC中级，因为中级相对于高级不是那么难，介于四六级之间的水平，适合六级已过的学生，相对简单，分为听说读写四个部分，除却商务性质，其实并不比四六级难。也可以直接报考BEC高级，就是难度较大，要求更高一些。需要下功夫好好准备的。如果现在课业不是很忙，有时间的话，可以直接考BEC高级。

至于托业，由于它的有效期是两年，所以，如果你现在还不是大四的毕业生，建议不要考，因为当你毕业时，托业很可能就没用了，而且托业的特点就是没有及格与不及格的标准，分数越高越好，可以在大四考，那时你的英语水平一定比现在好的吧？那个时侯再考托业，分数就会比现在考高一些。而且可以使有效期从大四开始算起，这样找工作比较有利。

另外，BEC的含金量比托业要高很多，托业没有口语测试，客观上就说明它的水平不是那么高，而BEC就不同了，有口语考试，参加BEC对提高口语很有帮助，而且，不仅仅是提高英语的口语，它也锻炼了你在很多人面前讲话的能力，有助于提高你的心理素质和自信心。

现在很多英联邦，很看重BEC，而托业似乎没有BEC那么有用。不过托业倒是有比无好，如果你想考一个难度不大的，也可以考虑托业，不过我的建议依然是BEC。

至于博思，并不是很有名，相信很多人，包括我，都没有听说过，建议考几个社会上比较有知名度的英语资格证书。像PETS什么的，这个是全国公共英语等级证书，是由教育部主办的，官方的资格考试，分为五个等级，如果你已经过了六级，可以直接报考PETS四级，因为前三个级别都过于简单，而五级是专门为公派出国的人准备的~~~

还有众所周知的托福，雅思，GRE什么的，虽然不出国，但也可以考，只是费用较高，另外BEC和托业的费用也不低啊~我认为，多考几个没有坏处，如果不出国，BEC是最合适的。

当然，一切还要看你的实际情况，根据自身来选择要参加的考试。
