大侠们,我现在想考09年11月份的BEC高级考试。因为工作原因,复习时间最多只有2个月,英语只过了6级,都很多年了

我英语专业的,六级625 专4只有74 高级只准备了一个星期 成绩C 关键在于了解自己的长处与短处,了解这个考试的特点、自己是否适应。
BEC和四六级还是很不一样的
首先四六级中国人出题,注重考察知识点的掌握,注重基础能力,只关注英语本身 而BEC是英国人出题,注重应用能力,商务背景不能不了解,要与英语结合运用。
其次,由上述可以想象考察重点不同。四六级考察的还是语法、搭配、基本词汇的日常意义等等,而BEC重点在听力、写作、口语,阅读、改错、完型算是简单的部分。并且还要和商务背景一起考。
第三,BEC用的是英音,这一点有人可能会不适应。
至于准备时间,要看各人情况。
听力和口语是最不可能突击的,就是实打实的能力加上临场心态。考前要适应一下题型,了解一点商务内容。
写作最简单的方法是记住一类最顺手的文体,格式记得,里面再适当发挥就好。
阅读、完型、改错主要考前了解适应一下,找到自己的方法、尺度,也要安排好时间。
整体我报名花了580,年年价格不一样的;买书前后100不到,其中一些买得不好。关于看的书,我觉得只要两本,看的主要是上面提到的陈小慰的《PASS BEC(中、高级)新编剑桥商务英语口试必备手册》(经济科学出版社的,着重商务环境,后面附有词汇表,我当教材用,既熟悉商务环境又了解词汇、考点,要注意归纳重点和思路),做了一本人民邮电出版社的《剑桥BEC真题集》(要真题不要预测、模拟之类,最好就这家的。 我先买了另外一家的高级模拟题,好像是中国石油出版社的,结果做下来感觉根本不对,题目出的难度和中级一样,编得太次了),其他都不必买,尤其教材,又贵又没用,纯粹赚中国人钱。资料我上网找了很多,时间紧没派什么用场。你的基础不太强,但打算够早了,三个月好好练应该可以冲一下;但一定要注意锻炼听力和口语的能力、阅读和改错的速度。哟其听力,早练多练为上。加油吧!
