备考CIA，上班族该如何规划时间？

上下班的时间至少有半个小时，但因为路上环境嘈杂，不利于学习还不安全，所以不建议大家听课，既浪费时间还没有效果。坐公交或地铁的时候，可以把之前学习过的知识像放电影一样在脑子里过一遍，想不起来的内容用手机备忘录记下，之后回归课本再次学习。

午休期间是零散时间中最大的一块，可以利用午休时间做几道练习题，或者总结一下知识点。
