按CIA考试(机考)当前的考试时间安排，每年共四个考试期，每次考试期结束后，IIA会整理本期考试通过的人员名单，再由中国内部审计协会统一安排印制英文证书，证书印制完毕后，分发至各考点。然后考生即可领取证书。完成以上过程大约需90天左右，即通过考试的考生可在三个月后可联系所在考点领取证书。

证书的领取步骤如下：

1、进入CCMS系统，确认主页已显示“证书序列号”。如果主页没有“证书序列号”，请尽快与中国内部审计协会联系，电话：010-82199868。

2、考生需要在全科通过考试后二十日内登录CCMS系统，确认个人信息或更新个人信息，考生需要提供自己可以领取证书的考点所在地理位置的协会/分会，即考生所在省级内部审计协会。

3、全科通过考试三个月后，通过考试的考生与在上述第二步中确认的考点联系，了解领取证书相关事宜，领取要求及联系方式到时查看中国内部审计协会网站通告栏目相关公告。考生根据公告要求领取证书。

证书的类型有

1、电子证书

已获得证书、且证书状态为“正常”的考生可在CCMS考生主页上“我的CIA认证”中点击“下载PDF证书”获取电子证书。电子证书与纸质证书具有同等效力。

电子版证书上的姓名顺序，与CCMS系统中的姓名顺序相同，一般是名在前，姓在后。

2、纸质证书

经IIA授权，中国内部审计协会负责为所有中国(除香港特别行政区和台湾地区)考生印制CIA中英文证书。

考生在通过全科考试后的一个月内，登录CCMS系统点击“档案”，确认通信地址下的“省”是想要领取证书的考点，即省级内部审计协会。如果显示的“省”不是想要领取证书的地点，可以通过更新档案进行修改。

关于纸质证书名字：

1、纸质英文证书上考生姓名的依据是CCMS系统中的名字，印刷证书时会按中国考生及用人单位的习惯调回正常顺序，即姓在前，名在后。

2、纸质中文证书由考点根据英文证书制作，制作前会核实考生的信息，一般以考生身份证上的姓名为准。
