首先，申请CIA证书要满足以下条件：

1、在规定时间内通过CIA全部科目的考试；

2、申请人员需要有两年内审相关工作经验，研究生及以上学历为一年。

考生领取证书的前提是CCMS考生主页已出现“我的cia认证”，并显示“认证ID#”。如果考生确认本人已在考试成绩有效期内达成所有认证要求，但四个星期后主页仍没有显示“我的cia认证”及“认证ID#”等信息，请尽快与中国内部审计协会联系(电话：010-82199868)。

CIA证书分为电子证书和纸质证书，电子证书的领取方式如下：

已获得证书、且证书状态为“正常”的考生可在CCMS考生主页上“我的cia认证”中点击“下载PDF证书”获取电子证书。电子证书与纸质证书具有同等效力。

电子版证书上的姓名顺序，与CCMS系统中的姓名顺序相同，一般是名在前，姓在后。

纸质证书的领取方式如下：

经IIA授权，中国内部审计协会负责为所有中国(除香港特别行政区和台湾地区)考生印制CIA中英文证书。

1、考生在通过全科考试后的一个月内，登录CCMS系统点击“档案”，确认通信地址下的“省”是想要领取证书的考点，即省级内部审计协会。如果显示的“省”不是想要领取证书的地点，可以通过更新档案进行修改。

2、领取证书的要求和程序请关注中国内部审计协会网站通知公告栏目或微信公众号“中国内部审计协会”相关公告。公告发布时间一般为考试月结束后的第三个月的20日以后。

3、纸质英文证书上考生姓名的依据是CCMS系统中的名字，印刷证书时会按中国考生及用人单位的习惯调回正常顺序，即姓在前，名在后。
