一、缴费标准

考生在报考CIA考试过程中，须按以下标准缴纳申请费和考务费：  

①首次参加CIA考试的新考生  需要缴纳申请费、考务费。  

②以前参加过CIA考试的老考生，在4年成绩有效期内的，无需缴纳申请费，仅需缴纳考务费； 

③以前参加过CIA考试的老考生，4年成绩有效期满仍未全科通过拟继续参加考试的，需重新缴纳申请费、考务费；  

④根据IIA的规定，学生不再享受半价优惠。  

关于考试费用的说明：

1. 考试费用由IIA规定，目前国际标准约为：申请费200美元，考务费350美元/科。中国大陆现实行较低的费用标准，今后费用标准将逐步提高。  

2. 支付方式  

考生需在CCMS系统中直接向IIA支付各项考试费用，支付时需使用本人双币种信用卡在线支付。  

3. 支付凭证  

美国应税行为一般以结算体系监控为主，没有官方统一发票。考生在线支付费用后，可在CCMS系统中查看“订单历史记录”，并自行打印作为支付凭证。  

4. 退费规定  

考生因个人原因导致无法参加考试的，不予退费，考生请谨慎付款。

 二、考试方式

两种方式：纸笔考试或机考。

近年来，随着IIA对考试内容、管理方式、试题安全等方面的调整与变革，纸笔考试面临着巨大的挑战，IIA维持纸笔考试的成本也不断增加。为此，IIA要求中国加快纸笔考试转为机考的进程。按照IIA的要求，中国的CIA/CCSA考试要逐渐由纸笔考试转变为机考，IIA预计的机考过渡流程为：2014年，大部分考点只进行纸笔考试，但安排部分考点进行机考试点；2015年，全部考点纸笔考试与机考并行；2016年，全部考点转变为机考。

考试方式为分科闭卷笔试。第一科试题为125道选择题考试时间为150分钟；第二、三科试题各为100道选择题，考试时间各为120分钟。考试语种分为中文、英文。在同一考试年度内不同科目两个语种不能混用。
