目前对于审计报名考试而言，大家对审计证书了解多少呢？接下来我们一起来看看北京市内部审计人员后续教育实施有哪些办法吧！ 

由于为了规范内部审计人员后续教育，提高内部审计人员专业胜任能力，根据《审计署关于内部审计工作的规定》、中国内部审计协会《内部审计人员后续教育实施办法》，《北京市审计局关于指导监督内部审计工作的实施办法》制定本办法。 

取得内部审计人员岗位资格证书和国际注册内部审计师资格证书的人员，都应当按照本办法接受后续教育。  

后续教育的主要内容：法律法规与内部审计准则；内部审计理论与技术方法；相关专业知识；计算机应用技术。 

后续教育一般采取以下形式：参加中国内部审计协会和市内部审计协会举办或经市内部审计协会认可的境内外培训和考察活动；参加中国内部审计协会认可的大专院校学历教育和专业课程进修；  

在大专院校或本条第一款规定的培训活动讲授内部审计课程；参加国际内部审计师协会和亚洲内部审计联合会组织的专业会议和培训活动；参加中国内部审计协会和市内部审计协会召开的专业会议；

在省、部级以上报刊、杂志发表内部审计文章，出版有关内部审计著作，在中国内部审计协会和市内部审计协会举行的论文评选中有获奖的论文； 

参加与内部审计相关的中级以上专业技术职称和执业资格考试并获取证书；  中国内部审计协会认可的其他培训方式。 

后续教育采取学时累计法，每两年为一个周期，时间不得少于80学时。 

后续教育学时的计算方法：属本办法第四条第一、二款规定的，按课程设定的学时计算后续教育学时；属本办法第四条第三款规定的，每授课1学时后续教育按两学时计，累计不得超过20学时。

报名条件为以下几点：   

1.具备下列条件之一者，可报名参加考试： 

2.具有本科及本科以上学历；  

3.具有中级及中级以上专业技术资格；  

4.持有注册会计师证书或非执业注册会计师证书； 

5.本科院校审计、会计及相关专业四年级学生； 

6.报考资格的审查和确认由设考点的考试组织领导机构负责，并报中国内部审计协会备案。
