“填写表格”是CCMS系统中的重要模块，申请考试、报考科目、后续教育年检均在此模块进行。

科目报考表名称：

CIA第一科：CIA - Part 1 (3 Part Version)-Exam Registration - IIA China [该表下方的说明文字为“CIA - Part 1 (3 Part Version) 考试报名”]

CIA第二科：CIA - Part 2 (3 Part Version)-Exam Registration - IIA China [该表下方的说明文字为“CIA - Part 2 (3 Part Version) 考试报名”]

CIA第三科：CIA - Part 3 (3 Part Version)-Exam Registration - IIA China [该表下方的说明文字为“CIA - Part 3 (3 Part Version) 考试报名”]

由于CCMS系统中表格较为复杂，请考生一定要对照上述正确的表名填写。

对于部分科目报考期，IIA会将表格名称后缀“IIA China”修改为“Chinese Simlified”，此类表格同样是适用于中国大陆地区考生的正确科目报考表。

报考科目流程：

1、点击主页左下角的“填写表格”，选择“新表格”。

2、考生根据需要，选择相应科目进行报考。以报考CIA科目1为例，点击CIA第一科科目报考表(CIA-Part1 (3 Part Version)-Exam Registration - IIA China)，阅读说明后勾选所有“同意”项，通过点击下一页完成申请，最后点击“提交Form”。

3、付款。进入付款页面，金额(CIA考试，科目一为140美元，科目二、三均为120美元)确认无误后，使用双币信用卡完成付款(请勿使用PAYPAL支付，否则无法完成支付)。
